How to bypass sniff blocking on android?

Most applications sniff normally, but some will block the sniff in some way.
When the sniffer is turned off, the application works correctly, as soon as I turn on the sniffer, the application starts to give an error saying there is no connection ...
For sniffing, I use Packet Capture .
