Can the ISP know what video I downloaded if it's not a torrent?

Hello everybody .
Such a question: can the provider determine that I downloaded some prohibited content (even if there is not much of it in terms of volume) and this content is not from a torrent and not from a file host?
That is, I didn’t distribute the content, but downloaded it once and immediately deleted it, while I didn’t send it anywhere and didn’t make copies.

The provider does not care, he does not need it. But already the organs can learn a lot of things, depending on how they downloaded

Of course, it can, including from a file hosting service and from a torrent

As a rule, the logs remain on the server from which you downloaded. If there is something strongly illegal and the server is in a more or less civilized country, then this server can easily end up in the hands of law enforcement agencies.
There are many examples of this: fs.to, ex.ua, nic.ua, iFolder.ru, megaupload.com And there is a chance that the server will contain much more information about you than you think. Down to social profiles. networks if you were logged into this browser (collected through various hacks).
From the point of view of proving who downloaded, there are two approaches:
the one whose equipment answers is easy for the court, but extremely unfair because both wi-fi and the router could be hacked;
- the one who was at the computer answers - here, with a good lawyer, even real criminals can get away because it is more difficult to prove it.
