Can the i3 work with, for example, 3400 MHz memory?

There was a new cool percent, will soon be on sale - Intel Core i3 9100F.
Apparently, ADM gave Intel to the very core: we will get a CPU with a locked GPU, with 4 physical cores, a stock frequency of 3.6 GHz and a turbo boost of 4.2 GHz. In 2014, we could not even dream of such ah 3.
Intel's specs indicate that it supports a maximum of 2400 MHz memory. And if, for example, I plug either 3000 MHz memory into some H350-450 mother, or overclock 2666 to 3000, will it work with it or will something happen? Well, in the sense of a blue screen or Windows will not be loaded at all due to a BIOS error?

The memory will run at a lower frequency.
