Choosing a processor and motherboard for it

Guys, help me decide between two processors: Intel Core i5-2500K and AMD Phenom II X6 Black 1090T , well, or advise something else at this price with similar characteristics.

Well, you also need to purchase a motherboard for it, so I also ask for help.

What I want from the motherboard:
- The presence of eSATA 2.0
- The presence of USB 3.0
- Preferably one, not two PCI-E x16 (video card slot)
- The presence of at least one PCI-E x1
- The presence of at least two PCI
- Price: ~ $ 120 (max $140)

So far, the choice has settled on the following:
- if Intel: Gigabyte GA-PH67A-UD3or ASUS P8P67 LE (REV 3.0)
- if AMD

Help, please, because everything is already mixed up in his voice. Your opinion is very important to me. Thanks, hope you can help.

I myself have a constant dilemma between Intel and AMD - but in the end, in most cases, I tend to AMD. I am for AMD X6.

If there is a goal to save money, it is better to look towards AMD.
I will only say about USB 3.0, everything that is now available is implemented not by the chipset of the board, but by a separate controller, it makes no sense to look specifically with 3.0, because you will always have time to buy a controller, and the overpayment can be significant.

You didn't specify what exactly the configuration is for. It's hard to advise without this.
If we consider in general, I would stop at Intel. I prefer MSI motherboards lately. I used to consider Gigabyte and Asus, in principle the same, only more expensive.

Buy a core i7 already. There the difference to the younger model will be $20-30.
