Can the contract be terminated?

I took on the project two weeks ago. The details were all discussed beforehand. I got to work, did part of the project, everything seems to be ok ... but then some kind of madhouse began .. I started to feed breakfast, that is, "I will show my clients" and they will make corrections ... about the request to throw off additional information regarding the project writes its changes. .. after I made corrections... again he writes everything is ok... a day passes and again he writes everything redo... wrote that there is a new project but in the dialogue not yet closed... they started discussing another project since its customers have not yet they didn’t give any answers ... we agreed on Friday that we would write on Monday and discuss everything on Monday .. Monday came, he writes with claims: have you already done everything? Looking for another freelancer!! I write to him saying that you and I agreed to discuss everything on Monday, and so on and so forth. I wrote that I would send him the already finished work on the 2nd project .. I write to him that they say you didn’t dump the necessary information about which we talked about earlier ... after that I understand that if you somehow don’t say goodbye to him, it will drag on for a long unpaid time ...
I set milestones and didn't pay yet... I now have TOP RATED and 100%, I want to know how I can close this contract with less harm to myself? Will this affect the JSS, will the TOP RATED disappear? And if there is a review, how can I remove it?

I set milestones and didn't pay yet... I now have TOP RATED and 100%, I want to know how I can close this contract with less harm to myself? Will this affect the JSS, will the TOP RATED disappear?

If you return all the money for milestones, JSS will not be affected in any way.
Another option is to close it as it is and as Top Rated (they have such a right to delete it occasionally :) ) ask (I guess if you ask, then you haven’t used this option yet, but if not, please specify) to remove his feedback, as private so and/or public. Wait for the review, wait two weeks, do not close other contracts at this time, if JSS sags a lot, then the private review (by the way, maybe the public one too) was not ice, write to the support, ask to be deleted.
