What is the best way to withdraw funds from Upwork?

In general, which method is better for withdrawing funds from Upwork: PayPal or Payoneer? Whoever uses what, then I look at their website for withdrawing funds from Payoneer, the commission is 20 bucks, and PayPal 10.

Skrill I withdraw to the Sberbank card. Upwork takes 1$ for a transfer to Skrill, Skrill takes 3 kopecks of bucks for a transfer to a card. Money from Skrill to Sberbank takes an average of 5 days. He indicated commissions from a thousand bucks, but they do not seem to depend on the amount.

The most convenient withdrawal is to a virtual account in an American bank, for example, to the same virtual account on a Payoneer card. The money arrives within 1 day, the commission is 0% (actually 1%, this is already taken by Payoneer, but for small amounts it is ideal + extremely fast).

I use Payoneer because it's just faster than PayPal. With PayPal, you need another five days to withdraw to a bank card, and for Payoneer, a maximum of 2 days, and if you pay $ 2.5, then 2 hours. Otherwise, PayPal and Payoneer are almost the same in terms of commissions, with a certain nature of the use of funds.

One day, skrill can transfer your account to the "business" category, and there are completely different withdrawal rates.
