Can the AP-LR confidently punch through two meter brick walls?
Good day to all!
There is the following layout of the access point / cabinets
where,
a white disk with a green circle inside is an AP-LR UAP-LR access point;
green dot - good reception / transmission;
red dot - barely catches wi-fi;
the shaded area is the same brick wall, but there is a doorway just below the level of the access point;
single red line - thin (~ 20 cm) foam concrete walls with wooden doors;
thick walls in the diagram - brick walls ~ 1 m thick.
The problem is this: in room 203 the signal reception is OK, in room 201 the reception is very weak.
Just in case, when checking, I turned off all other points in order to avoid potential interference. Everything in the controller is set to auto.
Question: should the access point break through such obstacles and is it the wrong setting or is it too hard for it?
