Can't uninstall a program from my laptop?

I bought a laptop, Windows and programs are already installed there, one of them is an antivirus, I need to remove it in order to install another one, but it is not deleted when you click delete (through "programs and components") a window appears where you need to choose what to delete, but it is empty and there is no choice. and if you go to the folder where the file is located, then delete it only as administrator (and I can’t run it as administrator either, because there is no this line to run)
please tell me how to delete and what it is

Put some ccleaner or reva uninstaller and try to uninstall through them ...
but first disable the autorun of this antivirus

I suspect that the greatest "Avast" is installed.
There should be a standard "Uninstaller". If you can’t find it, then you should install this antivirus again and get a regular removal for sure.
This is the easiest way, given that such a question arose.
Hard way:
Stop the process.
Delete folder with antivirus.
Clean up the registry.
