What to do if there is a black screen when starting the laptop?
I decided to install Debian-10 instead of windows 10, downloaded the iso file, everything is fine, I start it, it asks to reboot, I reboot and a choice appears: enter windows or continue installing Debian. I choose to continue the installation, a choice appears, press enter or escape, at first I pressed enter, but the operation repeats and asks me to make a choice again, then I pressed escape and that's it. Black screen, but the diodes are on, I turned off the laptop by holding it, tried to start it, but only a black screen and burning LEDs and the laptop does not make noise, only the first seconds at startup, and then it subsides, and nothing else, xs what to do, I know that I'm an idiot

Mmm-yes, a nuisance... But if I were you, I wouldn't panic. First of all, I would note that the trouble is not in the hardware, it is purely software. Therefore, not everything is lost, not even lost at all.
The first thing that suggests itself is to get into the BIOS settings and joke around in the Boot section: is the HDD visible, is it put in the first position in the download queue.
The second is to connect any repair and recovery LiveDVD or LiveUSB and start from it. If successful, he will give you a bunch of tools to determine what happened.
Thirdly, pull out the HDD (or SSD) of your laptop and, connecting it to another computer, tinker with it more thoroughly: test, format, etc. In theory, by returning it to a clean state, you should receive your laptop in its original form, as from the factory.
