Can't sign in to Appodeal?

Hi all! Question to those who use Appodeal (application monetization service). I have problems and misunderstandings with registration. I registered, entered all the necessary data, but when I want to enter an account on this service (I enter soap and a password), then I am simply transferred to the main page of the site. I wrote to support, but I'm not sure if they will answer or not. I didn't find anything similar on the Internet. Perhaps someone has come across such a situation, or I'm just missing something. Thanks
