Can't set up the bem file system?

When setting up the file system as written in the article https://www.google.ru/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&sou... when starting enb server and going to the page localhost:8080/desktop.bundles/index/ index.html throws an error Error: Cannot find enb config directory. Should be either .enb/ or .bem/. tell me what is the problem?
