Difficulty identifying part of a distorted image?

Example, there is a set of images (pieces of maps) https://i.imgur.com/L709BFz.jpg
Is it possible to tell in any standard way if the map matches at least some part of the island https://i.imgur.com /6NPbEKZ.jpg

A piece of the map is formed procedurally, a little rotation is added (that is, it does not clearly show the north from above). Well, as you can see from it, the cross is also black.

The question is, how realistic is it to learn to recognize the coordinates of these maps in the big picture?
