What files do heroku need?

Hello, I have folders: server and client. Index.html is stored in the public folder on the server

<script type="text/javascript" src="bundle.js"></script>

Through webpack --config webpack.config.js collected the dist folder. Do you need to upload the entire project or one dist folder in which there is one bundle file? The error about not found bundle.js constantly gets out
