Can't set screen refresh rate above 60?

I can’t set the screen refresh rate to more than 60.
Is there any option to increase the frequency, since I have a built-in vidyuha, I don’t have nvidia or radeon, are there any programs that do this? or how to do it yourself?
in the properties of the monitor, only 60 is worth, and below the gray checkmark cannot be changed
