Can't set 144hz?
I bought a QHD, 144Hz monitor samsung LC27JG50QQIXCI, but windows and nvidia control panel do not allow to set more than 60. Although hdmi 2.0 supports 1440p at 144hz. I thought it was the gtx 750ti, but then I could set FullHD at 144Hz. The display settings also show a strange frequency: not 60 integers, but 59.951 Hz. I completely reinstalled the video card drivers from the utility. I have no more ideas, at least, tell me new ones.

Just in normal situations, 60Hz is always enough for everyone.
Yes, any can be set especially on Nvidia:
NVIDIA Control Panel -> Display -> Change resolution -> Settings -> Create custom resolution
and tick "Enable modes not offered by the monitor" to make it work.
This monitor is not capable of fullHD at 144Hz.
You correctly write that [email protected] is possible on hdmi 2.0, but does your video card support it?
I think the gtx 750ti won't give you 144 fps anyway, especially at 1440p.
Change the video card and the issue will be resolved by itself.
