Can't restore file or directory with Duplicity from Amazon S3

Set up incremental backups using Duplicity on Amazon S3

When I try to restore a directory or file, I get

Local and Remote metadata are synchronized, no sync needed.
Last full backup date: none

CollectionsError: No signature chains found

duplicity duplicity version 0.6.08b

What am I doing wrong?

UPD: Edited output from duplicity to make it more readable.
