Can't reset windows to factory settings?
For the first time in a year, I turned off the computer, after turning it on, in the system, everywhere where there was the word wifi or the Internet, icons, icons, windows disappeared. There is not a single network in the adapter’s deparameters, all adapters are enabled in the device manager, I can’t do anything without the Internet, at some point the keyboard failed, yes, I want to return to the factory settings, and tried 100 ways and how?

If there is an image and you have not tried this method, then you can try it.
Insert the USB in the same way, go to the BOT menu (this is where the choice of what to install the OS from), start installing up to the "Language Selection" stage (at the bottom, usually from the left) "Recovery", click on this word and after reboot choose the options recovery, I recommend that you first start "restore from a restore point", if it was created of course and you did not delete it (clean it up) or roll back from the same image, but rather reinstall the OS. And only after that it will be possible to roll back to the factory settings.
Have you tried these options?
And yet, the option is to simply try to install - reinstall the adapter driver, without connecting to the network using the Snappy Driver Installer
