"Search in Windows" does not work, what should I do?

Hello, I recently installed Windows 10 Pro (pirated) and immediately updated to the latest version, everything worked well, no problems, then at some point "Search in Windows" stopped working (screen below)

I checked everything from the registry to services...

Nothing helped. What could be the problem? And how can I fix this and preferably without reinstalling Windows?

If it’s a pirate, then it’s usually cut out there
All services that merge user actions into Microsoft
As a result, cortana is also cut out, uac is cut out
And since there is no cortana, then the search also doesn’t work
Even you shouldn’t try to restore something in the core
Either score or put the original image
To begin with, you should put uac instead of off on any other. If it doesn't help, then nothing else will help.
