Can't play m4a audio format. How to figure it out?

The problem is that I made an important audio recording of the trial transcript, but I can't play the recording.
I recorded it on a voice recorder from my phone. Phone iPhone 6. Recording duration 22 minutes.
Before that, I made recordings, and the audio played back. But in this case, I even tried to open it through a computer in a third-party audio player, but it gives an error. If you take a look at the file and help open the recording, I will be grateful. Maybe even someone will be interested in solving this problem.
