Can't open ipv6 address, how can I check? Thinking about contacting a provider?

UPD I solved my issue by contacting technical support:

1. It was determined that I was using a Router 2. A specialist from the technical service gave me a PDF document , after which everything became immediately clear 3. I restarted my connection, and after that I connected to ipv6. 4. PROFIT!!! PS Maybe my experience will help someone
