Can't install VS2015 due to low C drive space?

Need to install Visual Studio for C++ programming. I tried to install BC2017 on drive E (800 GB free, but the files were created on drive C as well. Result: 100 MB on drive C, and the installation was terminated.

Move TEMP to a disk with plenty of space.
