Krch decided to download and there is a lot of garbage, I need C # for the console and just to create programs for the PC. VERY GOOD!!!

Download the C# compiler. It is just for the console and just for creating programs for the PC. Minimum set.

The compiler is included in .Net, look here C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\csc.exe
