Can't install labelimg on mac?

I have mac os catalina.

I install labelimg according to the official documentation, at first everything goes well, but on the command make qt5py3
an error
make: *** No rule to make target `qt5py3'. Stop.

pops up Sun> installed exactly according to the documentation.
