Can't increase client_max_body_size in nginx?

Can't change client_max_body_size value in openserver in nginx.conf. The default is 50m. I need 100. I changed both up and down, but after restarting the open server, the value of 50m returns. I ask to prompt knowing, in what there can be a problem?
