Brief essence: The user places a file with paid content. The buyer buys it. (Not erotic content as one might think) and gets access to it. There is also a virtual account on the service, which can be replenished and withdrawn. The service takes a commission for transactions in both directions and is a platform. How to correctly issue an IP?

Registration of IP in the Russian Federation is possible through the personal account of the taxpayer. You can read fns here .
It is better to conduct all relationships with the counterparty within the framework of a normal (legally correct) contract.
In order not to get on unfortunate lawyers (with subsequent problems), I recommend that you first look at the resources in the same way as your brainchild.
But in general, as far as I understand the question , your site should at least have :

• agreement between copyright holders (do not exclude),
  
• information with your details,
  
• information about personal data,
  
• notice to authors,
