How to analyze logs (referring sites, referrers URLs) per day?

In general, the subject, the main task of the analyzer is referring sites, referrers URLs.
The logs are collected in one place from 3 nginx servers. I installed awstats with a specific Logformat parameter - everything is ok, but it turned out to be not enough for the customer, we need statistics on referrals per day, awstats gives only for a month. I found the goaccess
project , but in the demo, again, I did not see the possibility of statistics for the day (or a certain period). I could write something simple in perl, but I really don't want to build a rake. Please tell me the solution, thanks ;)

It was decided to use piwik Log Analytics. So far everything suits and fully covers my needs.

Why can't you use i.metric? The server only proxies requests?
