Can't import database into phpMyAdmin. What's the matter?

I downloaded the project from the FTP server and backed up the database using the UpdraftPlus Backup plugin in Wordpress.
I want to throw on Open Server. More than half of the tables get out during import Note: #1051 Unknown table . I found on the forum that the line is not correctly specified:
DROP TABLE IF EXISTS `wp_comments`;. Changed versions of php, MySQL. After that, OpenServer did not start.

Why does it swear at a table with a prefix when there is a different name in the dump? Maybe you have different table names in the dump. Look at the mentions since u0496281?
