Can't find a good guide for porting Ruby On Rails from one server to another?

In general, it was necessary to urgently transfer the site on rails from one server to another. Please tell me the manual. I found it on Habré, but it's not entirely clear what's what. I encountered rails and ruby for the first time.
Web server - nginx, OS Debian
PS: I found a couple of manuals on Habré, but I look at them like a sheep on a new gate when I get to the Gemfile configs and other things. I just need a detailed one page manual to go over and run the project. Directly please, I ask you to start a project before the 31st, a gift for NG%)

Look closely at the presence of Capfile in the project. Hand-shifting a ruby project is quite fun, as you need to install dependencies and build and minify files

Any deploy tool.
The project is not transferred from server to server, but deployed from a working machine to a combat one.
Ideally, this is the development - testing - staging production chain. Read about continuous integration.
