Can't connect to the server?

Hey!
There is a server, a web-server and ssh-server were installed on it, and for a couple of days everything worked superbly, pages opened in the browser and connected via ssh. I haven't touched the server for a day and now I can't do either (ssh: connection timeout). Firewall is disabled on the router no restriction. I do ping - everything is ok (and on port 80 and 22).
If I put ip (external) on the server in the browser, then the pages open.
What could be the problem? Or at least where else can you look or what to try (how to debug)?

You can't ping the port. From the word at all. In ICMP, the concept of a port is simply absent :)
Open the console, see why ssh is not running (and connection timeout is exactly what it is not running)

I think that the server exchanged addresses with another computer.
