Graphical proxy manager in Debian?

I installed Debian Testing XFCE with netinst
and this utility

has not been there for a day already, but in vain, I have already configured everything else, I just can’t find the name of the package with it
, usually it comes with the system, but something is not here.
Don't try to set up a proxy via the console / edit system files, I already googled it.
