Can't connect to my pritunl, what's wrong?

My PC's network is: 192.168.0.1
The server's network is: 192.168.240.0
Maybe this is a bug?
In general, I can’t connect from outside to my VPN, the error log is below.

I have my PC's network: 192.168.0.1
Server's network: 192.168.240.0

Set the subnet mask to /16 (255.255.0.0)
