Can't connect to DionisNX Firewall via putty?

Hello. Such a question when connecting via com port using the putty program to the DionisNX ITU in the console is just a black screen and nothing happens. Please tell me the way to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.
In putty, I set everything correctly: port, speed, etc.
