Can't access drive.google.com - ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE?

I can't access google drive today. When I try to login from google chrome I get this error:

Unable to access site
The site https://drive.google.com/?ogsrc=32&tab=mo&authuser=0 is not available.
ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE

From Firefox:

Connection attempt failed
Firefox cannot establish a connection to the drive.google.com server.

Here is what ping drive.google.com shows:

There are no other problems, including with access to other google services.
On a Linux Mint 19.3 laptop, I also tried incognito mode (then I tried to ping). There is no VPN or proxy right now. The router looked - clean. The hosts file is standard. I don't understand what the problem is.

Either dns or provider blocks
Try third-party dns or via vpn
