Can systemjs put html and css files next to js?

I took up learning Angular2, I go through the Tour of Heroes from the official site, I did everything, but js files were annoying next to ts, I made a separate dist folder for them, set up systemjs and figured out this problem. But another one surfaced, the components are looking for html and css in the dist folder. How do I get systemjs to put them together with js, or maybe there are other workarounds? Somehow I don’t want to write both html and css inside the component.
