I am an average IT specialist. I am confident in Windows, hardware, configuring switches, routers (from stupid longs to mikrotiks and ciscos), I also have a superficial knowledge of Linux - raising virtual machines, configuring iptables and configuring all sorts of little things. Working with ACS and a bit of programming in C, C Sharp. There is little experience in raising light sites. In general, I lead to the fact that there is superficial knowledge and soil, if you can at least call it that.
In connection with the pandemic, I thought about taking courses and changing qualifications. I really liked information security.

Having entered the Internet, I was a little confused - there are a lot of offices that will "train" you and give you a job in the future, but reviews on third-party sites that are not affected by resources say otherwise. And it doesn’t matter what kind of portal offers the services of skillbox, gigbrains and a bunch of other cool educational institutions.
If someone has experience specifically in training in the direction of information security in a particular office? In which there is not only a lot of water that can be googled in 10 minutes, but really there is some kind of result and attention to beginners?
