Here. Can anyone tell me the strengths and weaknesses of these books?

Every man to his own taste. I recommend reading Tanenbaum to begin with, since his examples are given in practice, they describe the device of a certain part of the computer, and then tell how work with this resource is organized in MINIX, an operating system developed by him.
