Can page content be sent to blog articles?

Essence: the site contains pages About the company, Our works, Why us...etc. These are separate pages with content, links to which come from the main page.
Is it possible to translate all these pages simply into blog articles, i.e. will they look like /blog/about, /blog/why, and write 301 redirects in .htaccess? The most important thing is whether the site will lose weight?

In any case, these pages are not "target" pages for you. You don't promote an "About Us" or "Why Us?" page, do you? Our work is possible, but there is usually not a simple text page, it would not be logical to transfer it to a blog.
In general, 301 redirects will carry the weight if not overused. But this will not affect the weight of the site as a whole.
