The case is this - a letter arrives from the [email protected] address, and outlook immediately sends a pre-prepared letter (or just a notification that it has arrived) to another [email protected] address.

can be sent to the specified address, sent as an attachment, redirected. and you can also run the script upon receipt. it's all done in the rules.
