Can ODATA be used with .NET CORE 2 now?

Hello, does anyone know if at the moment it is possible to somehow tie ODATA to .NET CORE 2
? I found several repositories on GITHUB, but there are no instructions and in general I could not figure it out. I would be glad if someone lays out a tutorial.
For example:
