Is it possible to do without additional wrapping of ".item" blocks so that one block is on the left and the other two are on the right under each other? For with wrapping, I will develop the backend, it is inconvenient to pull on cms.

Set your items to display: inline-block. Give them a width, if necessary.
Then you can do without the wrapper
