Can I use the same license on different hostings?

There is 1C Bitrix site management, as far as I know, under it you can create no more than 2 sites, the question arises, should sites be multi-site? Or can I keep them on different hostings?

Now you can create as many websites as you want on one license. Only on the start license there is a limitation of 2 sites.
But about hosting, as far as I know, only one can host sites without any problems. Since multisite implies a common base.
But if you do not need updates, then you can use the same license on different hostings. But only if you deploy from a backup. Re-entering the key will not work most likely.
