How to reset it? I made a site on a local computer, then I forgot about it for a month, and then an inscription appeared. I made a backup copy, reinstalled Bitrix, restored the site and the counter was restored.. What should I do?)

Transfer your templates, components, modules and pages to a fresh copy. Yes, and infoblocks too, via import/export.
