I'm building a computer for myself, I need to update the BIOS on the motherboard (b450) so that the processor (ryzen 3800x) is supported. The question is, can I run the BIOS and update if I insert this processor?

It is better not to update the BIOS, because if something goes wrong, you will have to change the mother completely.
