Can I turn on notifications for a portable app in Windows 10?

I have a filezilla on my working PC and at the end of any action. for example, uploading a file, at the end of the sound notification from Windows 10.
I downloaded the portable one on my computer, is it possible to enable notifications for it or only install the full version?

Notifications are generated by the programs themselves through a special API. If the program does not implement the API for standard notifications, then no matter how you make these notifications
