What is the easiest way to redirect a list of specific domains / ip through a proxy (Win)?

I'm looking for something like a local DNS that will redirect certain domains / ip through a proxy.
I found an interesting option for the browser, Selective opening of domains through a proxy using Proxy Auto Configuration (PAC) but I need it globally.
