Can I transfer the droplet to another DigitalOcean account?

Is it possible to transfer a $5 droplet from one account to another while keeping all the settings so that the project configured on it (Django) is available immediately after the transfer? The issue of changing the IP does not bother me, the main thing is the transfer of the configured configuration. Has anyone experienced this? Thank you.

Take a Snapshot > more > Change owner > Restore Droplet

You can fumble snapshots, but I usually just rsync do it faster
