Why does a digitalocean site crash every two months or so?

Sorry for the stupid question. But for some reason, my website crashes on digitalocean about once every two months. The problem is easily solved, I just go to the console via ssh and restart Apache and everything starts working. But I can’t understand why this happens at all, and what is stable at a certain interval, there is almost no traffic there, there are no overloads, what could be the reason?

two options:
1. All the same, read the logs, analyze the state of the system during an accident.
2. Hire an admin.
