Can I stick several NFC tags on one card?

Baffled by a question here.
The bottom line is this: is it possible to make a (conditionally) plastic card, stick three labels on it, use two of them as a key for an access control system, and one is interchangeable.
As I understand it, each tag has its own ID, but they all work at the same frequency, will it really be possible to sew or read them? Or will they interfere with each other if they work at the same time?

It is impossible without shielding - the marks will interfere with each other
