Can I sell heavily modified html template on ThemeForest?

There is a purchased html template on Bootstrap. Made according to all the rules of this store, has documentation and is already successfully sold.
If I change it visually (fonts, background images, icons, block layout, title, etc.), add a couple of pages of my own, write documentation, or change something in the original, can I sell the modified template under a different name?
