Can I remove inline ads in marmalade sdk?

Hello. Straight to the point. When building under android with marmalade sdk, first the marmalade logo comes out, and then it’s not a game, but also an advertisement (well, just a picture of some kind of game). I know how to remove it, but I'm afraid if I delete it and upload it to Google Play, I will have problems from marmalade. Q: Am I violating any marmalade conventions if I remove an ad but leave the marmalade logo?

Problems may be in the long run. Because they say that buying a community license removes some kind of screen, and an indie license helps to customize it.
